Guardian Vista LLC ("Guardian Vista," "we," or "us") is an independent, licensed insurance brokerage offering Medicare plans and life insurance, including final-expense coverage. Cassidy R. Tweed is the licensed broker behind it. This policy covers the information collected through this website and the ways it is used. By using the site or sending Guardian Vista your contact details, you agree to what is described here.

What we collect

Guardian Vista collects two kinds of information:

Information you give us

  • Your name, phone number, and email address.
  • Details you include when you book a call or send a message — the time you'd like to talk, questions about your coverage, and anything else you choose to share.
  • Information you provide if you ask Guardian Vista to save or send your contact details to you by text or email.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this site uses analytics to understand how pages are used — for example, which pages people visit and roughly where visitors come from. This data is gathered through Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM). It does not include your name, phone number, or email, and it is never tied to your identity.

How we use your information

Guardian Vista uses the information you provide to:

  • Respond to your questions and return your call or message.
  • Schedule and prepare for a conversation about your Medicare options.
  • Provide plain-language information and, when you ask for it, help comparing and enrolling in coverage.
  • Follow up about the Medicare topics you reached out about.

Guardian Vista does not use your information to make decisions for you. The choice about any plan is always yours.

When you submit your contact information through this site — by booking a call, sending a message, or asking us to text or email your details — you authorize Guardian Vista and Cassidy R. Tweed to contact you by phone, text message, and email about your Medicare options. This may include calls or texts made with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and message and data rates may apply. You can ask to stop being contacted at any time by replying STOP to a text, asking to be removed by email, or telling Cassidy directly.

Cookies & analytics

This site uses cookies and similar tools to run its analytics. Analytics load only after the page checks for a "Do Not Track" signal in your browser — if Do Not Track is turned on, analytics are not loaded. No personally identifying information is collected through analytics, and Guardian Vista does not sell any information gathered this way. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will still work.

Service providers we use

Guardian Vista uses trusted outside providers to run the site and respond to you. Booking, contact forms, and the save-my-contact feature are powered by a customer relationship management and scheduling provider (GoHighLevel). Website analytics are handled by Google (GA4 and GTM). These providers process information only to provide their service to Guardian Vista, under their own privacy and security terms. Guardian Vista does not authorize them to use your information for their own marketing.

We do not sell your information

Guardian Vista does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Your information is shared only with the service providers described above, and only to do what you asked us to do.

How we keep and protect your information

Guardian Vista keeps your information only as long as needed to help you and to meet recordkeeping obligations that apply to a licensed insurance broker. Reasonable steps are taken to protect it from loss or misuse. No website or system can promise perfect security, but Guardian Vista works to handle your information carefully.

Seeing or removing your information

You can ask Guardian Vista what information it has about you, ask to correct it, or ask to have it deleted. To make a request, contact Cassidy using the details below. Guardian Vista will respond within a reasonable time. Some records may need to be kept where the law requires.
